She first gave us some safety training and some background information and off we went. She was ready and waiting with the bikes when we arrived. You can always tell when someone loves what they do and when they spend a lot of time preparing. We thought this would be a good way to get familiar with Marco Island before we explored the area. It was enjoyable enough but not super. Our group of 4 adults joined Susan on a sunshine tour and we were all happy that we chose this tour. I doubt we would go back - maybe just for the cruise option. It was a cloudy evening so the sunset was a bit underwhelming. We got to see a lot of homes of the rich (and famous) and saw the sunset. This was unfortunate both from an environmental perspective and a drop on the "classy" scale. The desert was a just-thawed key lime pie (tasty) served on a plastic plate with a plastic fork. We went up to get our salad first but were requested to pickup our whole meal at the same time as the upstairs deck needed to come down and get their food. The staff took drink orders during the meal. The food tasted pretty good but calling this a buffet is a bit of a stretch as the food choices were limited. The buffet meal included Caesar salad, a bun, a serving of roast beef and a chicken breast, mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. The boat was clean, including the washrooms. The short story is - the staff were all very friendly. The common areas were small so a large crowd may make the experience feel crowded. There was a bar on both decks which I imagine may have a hard time keeping up if the boat were full. A large party of 22 and the remainder small groups of 2 to 4 people. It wasn't a busy evening for the cruise - there were only 40 guests on board in total. 4 of us visiting from Canada selected this dinner cruise based on TA reviews, the cruise line's website and an ad in the local paper.
